Privacy policy
Last updated: October 1, 2026
This website belongs to the Agencia Competitividad Córdoba (Córdoba Competitiveness Agency), a government agency of the Province of Córdoba, Argentina ("the Agency"). This policy explains what personal data we collect, what we use it for and how you can exercise your rights under Argentine Law 25,326 on Personal Data Protection.
What data we collect
We only ask for the data we need for each request. You provide it voluntarily through these forms:
- Contact: name, email and your message.
- Notifications ("Notify me"): your email and the call or update you want to receive.
- AIRI assessment (AI Portal): contact name and email, organization, location, organization type, sector, role, cluster membership and your answers to the questionnaire.
- Success story submissions: company details and contact person (name, position, email, phone) and a description of the case.
- Requests to contact a success story: name, company and email.
To protect the forms against abuse, we also log the IP address and browser they are sent from.
How we use it
- To answer your questions and handle your request.
- To send you only the notifications you asked for.
- To give you your AIRI assessment result, identify repeat assessments from the same organization, and allow the AI Portal team to contact you about your assessment.
- To produce aggregated, anonymous statistics on AI adoption in Córdoba. Published statistics never show the name of a person or an organization.
- To improve the site based on how it is used (see "Analytics and cookies").
We do not sell or share your data with third parties for commercial purposes.
Analytics and cookies
We use PostHog to measure how the site is used. If you don't accept cookies, we measure anonymously and store nothing in your browser. If you accept, we use cookies and local storage to recognize returning visits and record anonymous browsing sessions, always with form fields hidden. Our analytics never record your name or email. You can change your choice at any time from "Cookie preferences" at the bottom of every page.
Who processes the data
To run the site we rely on infrastructure providers that process data on the Agency's behalf: Vercel (hosting), Neon (database), PostHog (analytics) and Resend (email delivery). Some of these services run on servers outside Argentina; in those cases we require adequate levels of protection.
How long we keep it
We keep your data for as long as it is needed for the purpose you provided it for. You can ask us to delete it at any time (see "Your rights").
Your rights
You have the right to access, correct, update and request deletion of your data, and to unsubscribe from any notification. To do so, write to hola@competitividadcba.org. Access is free of charge when requested at intervals of at least six months, unless a legitimate interest is shown (Law 25,326, art. 14, sec. 3).
The Agency for Access to Public Information (AGENCIA DE ACCESO A LA INFORMACIÓN PÚBLICA), as the supervisory authority under Law 25,326, is empowered to handle complaints and claims filed by anyone whose rights are affected by non-compliance with personal data protection rules.
Security
We apply technical and organizational measures to protect your data: encrypted connections, restricted access to the site's administration and activity logs.
Changes to this policy
If we change this policy, the "last updated" date at the top will reflect it.
