Partnerships, business and talent
The "Partnerships, Business and Talent" project aims to consolidate the institutional presence of the Cluster de Videojuegos Córdoba in Argentina's video game industry ecosystem, boosting its visibility, its ability to build partnerships and the reach of local talent.
Summary
The Cluster Videojuegos Córdoba (CVC), formed in late 2024 through its foundational strategic plan, carried out this project as the institutional close of its annual strengthening and internationalization process, centered on the official participation of a 14-person delegation in Exposición de Videojuegos Argentina (EVA) 2025, the country's leading industry event, held November 5-8, 2025.
The challenge was clear: a young cluster with no prior experience at global trade shows and no established professional communications tools needed to build a solid platform that would inspire confidence, represent Córdoba's industry and open real business and educational cooperation opportunities with national players.
Participation in EVA 2025 covered three fronts at once: B2B business meetings and networking to generate leads and service export contracts; an institutional presentation of the CVC to national and provincial authorities, showcasing its 2025 results; and strategic ties with ADVA (Asociación de Desarrolladores de Videojuegos Argentina) and other video game hubs across the country, consolidating the CVC within the national network of hubs.
After the event, a systematization phase recorded meetings, leads, partnerships and academic contacts, ending with a final report that sets out the 2026 continuity plan. Participating academic member institutions include IES Siglo 21 and the Universidad Provincial de Córdoba. 365,728 (ARS 4.18M non-refundable grant + ARS 4.18M actual co-funding from the cluster).
Main objective
