Clusters are living ecosystems. We know that working together has a greater impact than any individual effort. That's why we're looking for initiatives that transform and strengthen the province's productive base.
If you have an idea or project, apply for 50% funding. The call is open all year round; just submit your project once it's ready.
What do we fund?
Line 1 — Strengthening projects
To take your cluster's organization, positioning and strategic management to the next level. Ideal if you need to lay the foundations for growth.
Line 2 — Transformational projects
High-impact collaborative initiatives in innovation and internationalization. Projects that create collective value no single company could achieve on its own.
Strategic Planning Line
Is your cluster not yet listed in the Provincial Registry? You can get funding to build your strategic plan. 100% paid in advance, 3-month execution period.
What you need to know
Amount: non-repayable grant of up to 50% of the project. Projects over ARS 25M are assessed case by case.
Execution period: up to 12 months (Lines 1 and 2) or 3 months (Strategic Planning).
Disbursement: up to 75% as an advance, with the balance paid against expense reports (Lines 1 and 2). For Strategic Planning, 100% in advance.
Co-funding: must come from private sources. In-kind contributions are accepted up to 20%.
How do I submit my project?
- Download the Project Form and the expense projection spreadsheet.
- Fill them out with your proposal.
- Submit everything through the "Solicitud de Co-inversión de Proyectos" e-procedure on CIDI (the province's digital services portal), together with the request letter and the sworn statement of no impediments, digitally signed.
Prerequisite: your cluster must be registered as a supplier on CIDI (if it isn't yet, it's quick: go to the Suppliers and Beneficiaries Portal with the cluster's CUIT tax ID and enter its CBU bank account number).
Before you submit, check the following
- Entity listed in the Cluster Registry with CIDI Level 2
