Comprehensive plan for the cluster's positioning, visibility and growth
The project aims to design and roll out an industry quality seal for the Clúster Servicios Empresariales, raising professional standards among member companies and strengthening their competitive position in the market.
Summary
The Clúster de Servicios Empresariales de Córdoba is driving a comprehensive positioning and visibility plan to broaden its reach across the industry and consolidate its growth within the province's productive ecosystem. The project addresses a specific gap: the cluster has a defined strategy but lacks the resources to execute it at the scale the industry needs, which limits new member recruitment and the outreach of its collective results.
The initiative is organized around three lines of action. The first covers comprehensive planning: a communications assessment, digital strategy, media strategy and positioning plan. The second rolls out the plan across mass media and social media, combining content production, paid campaigns, press relations and metrics tracking. The third organizes Conectar 2026, an industry networking event with 100+ participants.
The project draws on strategic partnerships with Universidad Siglo 21, UNC–Campus Norte, Agencia Competitividad Córdoba, ADEC and UTN, which contribute technical capacity, outreach venues and institutional channels. The targets are to double the membership base (from 37 to 74 companies), secure at least 3 articles in provincial media and set up new industry working groups. María José Salguero, MA, leads the project. 700,000 (ARS 5M non-repayable grant + ARS 5M cash co-funding from the cluster + ARS 700K in kind).
Main objective
