The meeting reviewed progress across the Agency's different areas.
The focus was on work in productive development and competitive intelligence, and on the lines of action linked to the Córdoba Cluster and TrACcionar programs.
The Agencia Competitividad Córdoba held a board meeting with representatives of the province's public, private and academic sectors.
Participants reviewed ongoing programs and activities such as Córdoba Cluster and the TrACcionar program, which focus on productive development, competitive intelligence and job creation in the province.
"Competitiveness is a holistic concept that spans many dimensions and requires collaboration across the triple helix: the public sector, the private sector and academia. At the Agencia Competitividad Córdoba, we focus on productive development and on linking key sectors, encouraging clusters that build on our local strengths," said Minister of Economy and Public Management Guillermo Acosta.
"This strategy seeks not only to position Córdoba nationally but also to take Córdoba to the world, always grounded in hard data and rigorous analysis to ensure sustainable growth," he added.

At the meeting, representatives of the public, private and academic sectors outlined the year's goals, focusing on the productive transformation and value added the province needs to keep strengthening its economy.
They also reviewed how current programs are performing, the province's cluster ecosystem, institutional coordination, work with international organizations and the use of data and artificial intelligence for decision-making.
"We meet the challenges the world sets for what companies need to move forward through joint work. The Agency enables dialogue and brings new technologies and methodologies to Córdoba's productive sector," said Marcelo Uribarren of the Unión Industrial de Córdoba.
Marcelo Jaluf, dean of the School of Economics and Business at the Universidad Católica, affirmed that "the Agencia Competitividad is the instrument for working on the global transitions (climate-energy, technological-digital and demographic-cultural), as well as on issues that improve competitiveness right away, always with a focus on the well-being of the people of Córdoba."
The public sector was represented by Minister of Economy and Public Management Guillermo Acosta, who also chairs the Agencia Competitividad; Bio-agroindustry Minister Sergio Busso; Infrastructure and Public Services Minister Fabián López; Production, Science and Technological Innovation Minister Pedro Dellarossa; Secretary of Science and Technology Gabriel Raya Tonetti; and Darío Capitani, head of the Agencia Córdoba Turismo.
The private sector was represented by Marcelo Uribarren, vice president of the Unión Industrial de Córdoba (UIC); Juan Carlo Jacobo of the Federación Comercial de Córdoba (Fedecom); and Enrique Alberto Finocchietti of the Cámara de Turismo de la Provincia de Córdoba. On behalf of academia, Marcelo Jaluf, dean of Economics at the Universidad Católica de Córdoba, took part.

Projects
The AC's work is currently organized around four areas: Collaborative Governance, Investment & Productive Transformation, Productive Development & Clusters, and Statistics & Competitive Intelligence.
It has a busy agenda aimed at giving the provincial government the expertise and advice needed to design public policies that promote regional competitiveness, and at coordinating technical assistance, organizational improvement projects, financial support and collaboration networks among the public, private and academic sectors.
