The project includes analyzing consumer trends, identifying market niches and exploring strategic sales channels, including specialized trade fairs, digital platforms and international distribution networks. It also seeks to strengthen the commercial and strategic capabilities of metal art producers, promoting tools that help them professionalize their offering and meet the standards required in foreign markets.
Through this initiative, the Clúster de Industrias Creativas y Culturales aims to diversify sales destinations, increase business opportunities and position Córdoba's metal art in more visible and competitive arenas.
