Institutional identity plan: strategic positioning of the Cluster de Economía Circular
The project aims to strengthen the institutional identity and strategic positioning of the Cluster de Economía Circular de Córdoba at a key stage in its organizational consolidation.
Summary
The Cluster de Economía Circular de Córdoba, a nonprofit association that brings together a diverse range of business, academic and public-sector players committed to the transition to circular models, is going through a stage of institutional consolidation and is carrying out this project to build a professional communications identity and strong strategic positioning within the province's productive ecosystem. The diagnosis is clear: in its early years the cluster managed to bring key players together and generate relevant initiatives and projects, but it still lacks a strong communications presence to convey its value proposition. That makes it harder to bring in new private members, multiply the impact of what it has learned and drive public-private-academic collaboration.
The project is organized into four complementary activities. Comprehensive institutional communications strategy: needs assessment, narrative development, visual guidelines and brand identity, drafting of the Strategic Communications Plan, and validation with the Board of Directors and the extended committee. Institutional digital platform: design, development and launch of a website as the central platform for information, networking and outreach, with its own UX/UI architecture, initial content upload and ongoing monitoring. Institutional positioning and external outreach: production of materials, stronger networks and digital presence, participation in ecosystem events and systematic tracking of new contacts. Strengthening internal processes and governance: formalized procedures, internal management tools, monthly reports and team training.
The project contributes to multiple SDGs: 8 (Decent work), 9 (Industry and innovation, with target 9.4 on sustainable upgrading), 11 (Sustainable cities, with target 11.6), 12 (Responsible consumption and production, with targets 12.5 and 12.6) and 17 (Multi-stakeholder partnerships).
Main objective
Strengthen the strategic positioning of the Cluster de Economía Circular de Córdoba by developing and implementing a comprehensive institutional communications strategy that increases its visibility, consolidates its identity, strengthens its capacity for public-private-academic collaboration, expands its base of member companies and reinforces its role as the province's leading reference in circular economy and sustainable production.
