Strategic planning for the Clúster de Videojuegos de Córdoba
The "Alianzas, Negocios y Talento" (Partnerships, Business and Talent) project seeks to consolidate the institutional presence of the Clúster de Videojuegos Córdoba in Argentina's video game industry, boosting its visibility, its ability to bring stakeholders together and the reach of local talent.
Summary
The Clúster Videojuegos Córdoba was born with this project: its founding strategic plan, delivered in 30 days by specialized consultants who guided the industry's 10 pioneering companies as they formally organized as a cluster, built a shared vision and defined their initial lines of work.
The process was built around five sequential milestones. Kickoff meeting (online) to align expectations, roles and general guidelines among members. In-person experiential workshop to build relationships, co-design the cluster's value proposition and define its institutional purpose and main lines of work. Strategic planning covering the action plan, goals, objectives and an activity schedule with an explicit follow-up commitment. Drafting of the final document with the detailed plan members committed to. Launch of the Cluster Manifesto as the public milestone marking the cluster's institutional birth.
The ten founding companies are Odaclick, Throgs, Ravegan, Pilgrims, Pizia, Robi Studios, Epic Llama Games, Menic Games, Creativos Digitales and Bulldog Games, with indirect beneficiaries including Woman in Games Córdoba, along with Universidad Provincial de Córdoba and IES Siglo 21 as the ecosystem's academic partners.
The project laid the institutional foundations for the cluster to become a regional leader in the video game industry, driving innovation, collaboration among studios and shared access to resources and knowledge. 000,000 (ARS 1M non-repayable grant + ARS 1M cash co-funding).
