PRACTICAL TOOLS TO IMPROVE MARKETING AND SALES
Goal
Boost the competitiveness of the tourism sector in northern Córdoba through marketing and sales training with AI tools for tourism.
Description
A hands-on AI workshop with practical tools so business owners and entrepreneurs in the region can strengthen their tourism offering with accessible technology and effective communication strategies, increasing their visibility through digital marketing, attracting more visitors and building smarter, more competitive businesses.
Format
Six (6) online classes of 1.5 hours each, plus an intensive in-person session (subject to participation requirements).
Who can apply
Entrepreneurs and business owners in northern Córdoba with operating businesses in tourism and related sectors:
- Food and beverage (restaurants, bars, tea houses, etc.)
- Hospitality / Lodging (hotels, inns, guesthouses, estancias)
- Tours / Tourism experiences
- Rural and nature tourism
- Crafts and regional products
- Tech solutions for tourism (apps, platforms, digital signage, etc.)
Registration
Open call for all towns in northern Córdoba, 2025. Registration is per company or venture: 1 to 3 people per organization.
Program structure and content
Module 1: STRATEGIC DIAGNOSIS
Define each company's Value Proposition Map:
Target customer: who are they and how do they decide?
- Need/Pain point: what challenge or frustration do they want to solve?
- Solution: what exactly do you offer? (product/service, price, delivery).
- Benefits/Transformation: time savings, lower costs, peace of mind, prestige, more sales/occupancy.
- Differentiation: why choose you? (price, innovation, proximity, experience, speed, support, personalization).
Tools: Tilda (website builder), Canva, ChatGPT, Google Maps
Theory class: Nov 25 – 6:00 to 7:30 p.m.
Hands-on class: Nov 27 – 6:00 to 7:30 p.m.
Module 2: SMART DIGITAL MARKETING WITH AI
Design a strategic content system and an ultra-efficient, AI-powered production workflow so each business can plan, create and publish 30 days of results-driven content (attention → interest → action).
Tools: Metricool, CapCut, Canva, ChatGPT
Theory class: Dec 2 – 6:00 to 7:30 p.m.
Hands-on class: Dec 4 – 6:00 to 7:30 p.m.
Module 3: CONVERSION AND AUTOMATION
Design and launch an automated sales system that takes users from social media or a landing page to a confirmed booking, combining effective messaging, 24/7 automation and real-time measurement.
Tools: ManyChat, AI chat
Theory class: Dec 9 – 6:00 to 7:30 p.m.
Hands-on class: Dec 11 – 6:00 to 7:30 p.m.
CLOSING IN-PERSON SESSION
Date: TBC, during the third week of December 2025.
Venue: TBC.
The in-person event will be an intensive, hands-on, collaborative day where participants apply what they learned during the program. It will be organized into rotating working groups, with specialized mentors offering personalized guidance on each project, following a learning by doing approach:
- Talk on social media marketing and sales (Felipe Gandolfo, Industrial Engineer and MBA / Ingrid Huber, Marketing graduate)
- Team exercise on marketing and sales (participating companies work on their own projects)
- Talk on customer service best practices: "It's not service, it's communication" (coach Agustín Balegno, a consultant with more than 17 years of experience in mixology and food service)
- Team exercise on customer service
- Rotating evaluation and pitch tables with mentors
- Awards: at the end of the day, the three best projects will be recognized for the results they achieved by putting the program's tools into practice.
Participation requirements for this session:
a) Minimum 80% class attendance.
b) Completion of the required weekly deliverables.
