AERCA will host Agencia Competitividad Córdoba (Córdoba Competitiveness Agency) and AOTS Argentina at a working breakfast introducing Japanese management philosophy and scholarship opportunities for an international program for business leaders.
On Wednesday, November 20, in Villa María, the Agency and AOTS Argentina will present "The Japanese competitiveness model adapted to the region, and tools within reach of SMEs."
Held as a working breakfast, the event will introduce Japanese management philosophy as a model of international competitiveness, along with current scholarship opportunities at AOTS Japan.
The event starts at 10:00 a.m. at AERCA's offices. Register HERE.
AOTS Japan is the country's largest private-sector organization for international economic cooperation, promoting technical collaboration through training programs.
It currently runs a program, partly subsidized by the Japanese government, that targets managers responsible for improving productivity in manufacturing.
Last April, seven executives from Córdoba companies, including one from Villa María, took part in the program in Japan, which was designed to help them recognize their own leadership role in revitalizing their organizations, improve productivity and develop specific action plans.
