Visión Clúster: strategic communication and institutional positioning for integration and growth
The project aims to develop a comprehensive strategic planning process for the Clúster Tecnológico de Villa María, designed to consolidate its institutional structure, strengthen its governance and improve its position within the regional tech ecosystem.
Summary
The Clúster de Impulso Tecnológico, represented by Cluster TIC Villa María y Región and based in Villa María, is carrying out this project to strengthen its institutional identity and industry positioning, both internally (current members) and externally (prospective companies, institutions and ecosystem organizations). The assessment is clear: the cluster's communications lacked a comprehensive strategy, professional materials and a planned digital presence, making it harder to bring in new members, showcase collective achievements and earn recognition as a leader in the regional tech sector.
The work is organized into two major complementary activities. Cluster social media strategy and management: an assessment of the current digital presence, definition of the institutional narrative and guidelines, bimonthly editorial calendars, ongoing content production (copy, simple graphics, reels), social media management and publishing, analytics tracking with adjustments, and training workshops with the Cluster Manager and members to keep the strategy going after the project ends. Design and production of institutional materials: segmented brochures (for member recruitment, tailored separately to municipalities and companies, and for sponsor outreach), an institutional pitch deck, a 1-minute institutional video, and improvements to the corporate website.
Concrete target: bring in at least 40 new members in the first year, broadening the funding base and improving the cluster's financial sustainability. Aligned with SDG 8 (Decent work, target 8.2), SDG 9 (Industry and innovation, targets 9.5 and 9.b) and SDG 17 (Partnerships, targets 17.16 and 17.17).
Main objective
Strengthen the strategic communication and institutional positioning of the Clúster de Impulso Tecnológico by developing professional tools and content that consolidate its identity, optimize its digital presence, attract new members (target: 40 in the first year), showcase its contribution to the productive and technological development of the Villa María region, and train the internal team to sustain the communications strategy beyond the life of the project.
