The challenge
Digital Motus is a Córdoba-based software factory with a regional reach: software development, cloud consulting and infrastructure for clients in Argentina, Mexico and the United States. From that vantage point, it spotted a recurring pattern in the real estate market: small and mid-sized agencies with very little digitization, working with a website a designer updated every so often, or simply with an Excel spreadsheet and WhatsApp messages.
The most expensive pain point wasn't visible at first glance. The agents themselves didn't know they had it. When someone wrote in looking for a three-bedroom house and nothing was available at that moment, the lead died right there. If a matching property came in five days later, nobody went back to that prospect. The process was passive by design: wait for demand, and only then check whether there was anything similar.
Every one of those unanswered leads was a sales opportunity that evaporated. The cost is real: buying a contact database has a price, and letting your own leads die means losing that same money another way, without even noticing.
