The Córdoba Video Game Cluster (CVC), formed in late 2024 through its founding strategic plan, ran this project to close out a year-long capacity-building and internationalization process. Its centerpiece was the official participation of a 14-person delegation at the Argentina Video Game Expo (EVA) 2025, the industry's main national gathering, held November 5–8, 2025.
The challenge was specific: a young cluster with no prior experience at global trade shows and no established professional communications tools needed to build a solid platform that would earn trust, represent Córdoba's industry and open real business and educational partnership opportunities with players from across the country.
Participation in EVA 2025 covered three fronts at once: B2B business meetings and networking to generate leads and service export contracts; an institutional presentation of the CVC to national and provincial authorities, showcasing its 2025 results; and strategic ties with ADVA (the Argentine Video Game Developers Association) and other video game hubs across the country, securing the CVC's place in the national network of hubs.
After the event, a wrap-up phase documented meetings, leads, partnerships and academic contacts, ending with a final report that sets out the 2026 continuity plan. Participating academic members include IES Siglo 21 and the Provincial University of Córdoba. 365,728 (ARS 4.18M non-refundable grant + ARS 4.18M cash co-funding from the cluster).
Establish the institutional presence of the Córdoba Video Game Cluster in the national industry ecosystem through its official participation in EVA 2025, as an opportunity to raise its profile, build strategic ties with ADVA and other hubs across the country, generate business opportunities and showcase Córdoba's talent, closing out the cluster's year-long capacity-building and internationalization process.
We welcome proposals that strengthen collaboration and growth among Córdoba's clusters. Tell us your idea and we'll assess it together.
