Cluster Tecnológico de Río Cuarto, a nonprofit with 15 years of history in southern Córdoba, carried out this turning-point project to consolidate its regional position and open up to international markets. After a decade and a half of growth, the cluster needed to refresh its profile, systematize its offering, update its planning tools and equip itself with professional communications that matched its institutional maturity.
The work was organized into four complementary stages. Stage 1, offering and market analysis (months 1–3): in-depth surveys and interviews with member companies to inventory their products, services and technology development capabilities, complemented by a demand study of key markets to identify strategic business opportunities. Stage 2, OKR-based strategic plan update (months 1–2): a review of the current plan, identification of areas for improvement, and a new institutional plan built on OKRs (Objectives and Key Results) with specific indicators, aligning regional expansion, internationalization and competitiveness. Stage 3, print and graphic materials (months 2–4): a visual concept, digital catalogs in Spanish and English, infographics, brochures and posters aligned with the new vision. Stage 4, video (months 3–4): scripting, production and editing of promotional spots and institutional presentations, co-produced with the City of Río Cuarto's Office of Economic Development.
The project serves a dual purpose: it strengthens the cluster as a strategic regional player and positions Río Cuarto as a national and international technology innovation hub. Key institutional partner: the City of Río Cuarto.
Consolidate and expand the position of the Río Cuarto Technology Cluster by systematically defining its service offering and development capabilities, creating bilingual (Spanish/English) print and video communication tools, and adopting a new OKR-based strategic planning system with specific indicators, supporting its regional expansion, competitiveness, internationalization and public-private collaboration with the City of Río Cuarto.
