The Córdoba Video Game Cluster was born with this project: its founding strategic plan, delivered in 30 days by a specialized consultancy that helped the sector's 10 pioneering companies formally organize as a cluster, build a shared vision and set their initial lines of work.
The process followed five sequential milestones. A virtual kickoff meeting to align expectations, roles and general guidelines among members. An in-person experiential workshop to build relationships, co-design the cluster's value proposition and define its institutional purpose and main lines of work. Strategic planning, with an action plan, goals, objectives and an activity calendar, plus an explicit commitment to follow-up. A final document detailing the plan members committed to. The presentation of the Cluster Manifesto as the public milestone marking its founding.
The ten founding companies are Odaclick, Throgs, Ravegan, Pilgrims, Pizia, Robi Studios, Epic Llama Games, Menic Games, Creativos Digitales and Bulldog Games. Indirect beneficiaries include Women in Games Córdoba, the Provincial University of Córdoba and IES Siglo 21 as academic partners in the ecosystem.
The project laid the institutional groundwork for the cluster to become a regional leader in the video game industry, driving innovation, collaboration among studios and shared access to resources and knowledge. 000,000 (ARS 1M non-refundable grant + ARS 1M cash co-funding).
