In partnership with the Economic Commission for Latin America and the Caribbean (CEPAL), we operate the Employment and Business Dynamics Observatory of Córdoba.
Through this observatory, we create updated databases on employment and businesses to develop practical knowledge about the productive framework of the local-regional economy. These resources serve as tools for public policy development and planning.
The Territorial Attractiveness Observatory, developed in collaboration with the OECD, is a platform aimed at advancing the application of Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) to promote regional attractiveness and resilient development in Córdoba. Using a multidimensional approach, it evaluates factors such as international connections, finance, and inclusive and sustainable development, enabling comparisons between Córdoba and other major metropolitan regions.
This observatory aims to analyze economic, environmental, and inclusion challenges, as well as existing policies and strategic frameworks, to recommend regional policies that sustainably enhance Córdoba’s attractiveness. Supported by the OECD, it provides tailored recommendations to attract international investment, talent, and visitors, while leveraging global value chains and reshoring opportunities. Additionally, it identifies innovative governance mechanisms for effective implementation.
