The challenge
The real estate industry didn't have one problem. It had five, all at the same time.
The most obvious was time. Every appraisal required an agent to go through the listing portals one by one, download the available data, paste it into Excel and build the comparative market analysis by hand. Four or five hours of administrative work to produce a number the market might contradict the next day.
The second problem was tool fragmentation: a mid-sized agency paid separately for its CRM, its comparative analysis module, its ChatGPT or Gemini subscriptions and its presence on each portal. Four or five contracts that didn't talk to each other. The third was lead management: an inquiry that came in through Instagram at nine at night went unanswered until Monday, by which time the client had already contacted four other agencies.
The fourth was matching: when an agency had a client looking for something outside its own listings, the fix was to post the request in a WhatsApp group and wait. The fifth was investment decisions, which were made on experience and gut feeling, not data. No single tool solved all five problems. Until InmoRadar decided to build one.
